Re: Anyone want Death Guard or Plague Marines?

Well not settled on box set but would be looking for £22 for the Feel No Fear or £11 for First Strike for Chaos Models and any associated data cards etc. You could have dice and ruler too if you like.
For bigger box set I'd want to keep the rulebook, so £38

Element Games or Warhammer World

I'm going "oop north" next week and will be stopping off at Element Games outside Stockport (typically 15% off - see their website) or Warhammer World (postage free forgeworld) dependent on the way I head back. If anyone wants me to pick something up for them from either store let me know ...

Brushes, drills and files

So I've only ever used GW stuff but have sold off all my stuff now. Am thinking about painting some minis purely for modelling rather than gaming - can anyone recommend brands I can buy in the town centre? I'd heard that Windsor brushes were the mutts nuts but can't find them in Antics. Was I too ha...

For a custom ork trukk. Found a bouncy ball to use as the ball, may be a bit heavy for the chain though.

Eg 5 man devastator squad hitching a ride in a 5 man tactical squads rhinoceros at deployment?

Re: KICK IT

That photo shows the imperials (more specifically me) having their ass handed to them. Again. We played a cityfight game with the reprecussion that in the invasion game there would be 2 dice rolled for each mysterious objective with the winning cityfight side choosing which to use. Chaos won. My war...

Well all did not go according to plan..... http://i1363.photobucket.com/albums/r705/stueyp_wgc/2014-12-18203831_zpsc5f139aa.jpg Got off a quick shot on the phone hence the naffness. Battle was pretty tense ... or so it seemed to me, perhaps Marcus had it all under control and was biding his time. 5 ...

Re: Vanguard Battle mission w/c 15th Dec

So playing this one with Marcus on Thursday, need some ideas for repercussions for losing/ winning. Missions details are: Table split lengthways into two, chaos deploy anywhere in their half. One objective slap-bang in the middle of table, another in the middle of chaos table-edge. Third objective m...

Vanguard Battle mission w/c 15th Dec

A challenge to chaos/traitor/xenos opponents... Would like to play the "Vanguard" Space Marine scenario from Battle Missions book for Turn 2 game. As it was written for 5th Ed (I believe) would like to retro armies so it still works, so no fliers or fortifications. Each of the 3 objectives...

Re: Turn 2 game this week?

Was thinking of one of the battle missions scenarios. Think they were written for 5th so may need to retro armies so they still work eg no fliers or fortifications. Some other adjustments may be needed eg Linebreaker makes no sense in some scenarios
