Any chance I could just take the Elves and book off your hands for £25?

Wanted: Deadzone Forge Fathers

I am hoping to dip my toe in Deadzone 2.0 shortly and quite like the look of the Forge Fathers. Does anyone have a few (perhaps the 5 guys from the new starter set) that they are looking to part way with for a reasonable sum?

Infinity N3 Rulebook

I would like to part with my Infinity N3 Rulebook (https://store.corvusbelli.com/products/n3/289500-infinity-3rd-edition). I strongly suspect Infinity might be the finest Skirmish game ever created but sadly it is far to intricate and clever for my simple mind to comprehend and thus the rules are sa...

Re: Lunch time games

Great. Shall we say 12:30 next Wednesday 21st at the Duke then? My number is 07753844623 If you want to WattsApp, SMS or just good-old-fashioned call me for any reason. PS - Thanks to CJ for an awesome game of TWD too. It was all going really well until I his character kept leaping out of combat and...

Re: Lunch time games

Thanks folks. CJ - I will see you at 12:30 today. Loki - Awesome. I would love to try Blood Bowl. I saw a video of it the other day and thought the Turn Over mechanic was genius (why don't more games have this). I don't know the rules to Kill Team and am really rusty on 40k but would be up for (re)l...

Lunch time games

Hello folks, So I'm a Dad! I have a lovely little 3 month old girl who is (to my mind) just about perfect. Thanks very much. :) However, the rigours of bath time, dream feeds and sleeping routines means that evening gaming on anything approaching a regular basis is pretty much out for the foreseeabl...

Re: Kingdom Death Monster

That's the longstop date for all awards. The re-print is due for delivery in June 2017 (but I never pay much heed to Kickstarter delivery dates since I am yet to see a single Kickstarter involving miniatures manufactured in China turn up on time).

Re: Kingdom Death Monster

Just thought I'd note, if anybody missed out on the first kickstarter or the retail print (which has sold out) you can get in on this second kickstarter for a re-print at a substantial discount from retail. Also, it's already raised over £5m! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/poots/kingdom-death-...

Grombrindal: Total War

Hey folks,

I have the White Dwarf and it came with a free code for Grombrindal the download character for Warhammer Total War on PC (it also gives you 20% off the game I believe).

I don't have a PC so let me know if anyone wants it.

Cheers

Getting started with 30k

Hello folks, So I've seen the new Leman Russ model and am now quite keen on a fledgling 30k army. I was wondering how does one get started with the Horus Heresy? There are so many books I'm not sure where to begin. Do I also need the standard 40k rules to play or are they re-printed in the FW books?...

Re: Hello everyone! (Bristol AoS gamer)

Welcome aboard Sam. There's an AOS group who play regularly at Bristol Independent Gaming (B.I.G) in Brislington. They have a WhatsApp group set up that it would be worth getting yourself added to. If you're keen, suggest you post in this forum and someone "in charge" will doubtless add you.

HELP: Painting on top of chrome

Hello all, I need some advice. I've sprayed a couple of Stormcast Eternals with a chrome effect spray from B&Q. They look lovely. Super shiny. However, I can't then get any other paint to stick to the chrome. Imperial primer and Vallejo grey primer just slides off and pools. It's like trying to ...

I love you you can just plonk some models on the table-top, roll some dice and tell a story without hours of rule reading and list building (and the time I save can go to endeavouring to comprehen...

Re: Thaw Of The Lich Lord - A Frostgrave Campaign

Thanks to Stu and CJ for the game last night. Frostgrave is awesome. Really interesting and more tactical than I was expecting. Despite getting shot to bits by eagle-eyed crossbow wielding Dwarves, my warband actually came away fairly unscathed. Looking forward to mission 2 on the frozen river.

Does anyone know if this is pure co-op yet? I saw something on BOLS suggesting it is for 2-4 players. Pure co-op was the best thing about the original in my humble opinion.
