Re: CoC RPG

.
Tom is one of those rare Entities (like myself and Stu) that due to extensive exposure to The Old Duke creates their own Vorpal Distortion Field, bending reality, compressing time and space, and forcing it back into the world on their terms, so "time" means nothing to him.

Re: CoC RPG

I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel Friday night. It's a birthday weekend for both me and Rosie, and if tonight is anything to go by, i'm either going to be unfit ... or dead Friday night. Either way I'm out for Friday unfortunately. Sorry.

Like my Dad used to say, when someone asks for your opinion on something, they don't really want it ... they just want you to confirm what they already know.

Good luck with the project buddy, and keep us ... posted. ;) (See what I did there.)

Re: Painting interior floors

. I think you've pretty much answered your own question there Seb. I'd hit everything with a highlight, wash it, give it a second, lighter highlight/drybrush, then pick out the detail as you said. Also maybe put a darker wash around the floor/wall perimeter when the walls are done, a sort of 'tide ...

Re: Dreadball League 2016 Fixtures and Results

So, after your game, roll an extra 3d6 for income on top of the normal 6mc and whatever you roll for the result (1d6 for loss and 2d6 for win). LoL ... 2D6 for a win. I have 5 players in my team, none with any experience, and one is crippled. Still ... I like your optimism. So ... 120MC difference ...

Re: Dreadball League 2016 Fixtures and Results

Alright. Great games everyone. Game 5 it is then! Then we gotta break. Lets get some practice in. I know I need it! Gir, Let me know when you're free and I'll bring my remaining 4 Orcs along for our game. @Threecubed , what Underdog rules are we using as my team rating is 120 lower than Gir's...

Re: Dreadball League 2016 Fixtures and Results

. If you take players off and not replace them it makes it easier for the opposition to gang up and kill you. You also run the risk of having no strikers and/or Jacks on the table, and therefore being unable to score and create an automatic forfeit. Comping any team requires a LOT of forethought an...

Re: Dreadball League 2016 Fixtures and Results

. There is the existing rule where if you have no players on the pitch able to score you automatically forfeit the game. I think that should include those ON the pitch, but unable to move/score. I.E. if you only had 2 models on the board who could possibly score, but they were both tied up with zer...

Wild Riders/Sisters of the Thorn Antlers wanted

. I need to make 6 x Rangifiers for an upcoming 1 off Frostgrave campaign and a good friend suggested to me that the Wood Elves have some Reindeer riders with horned 'skull caps' that would be ideal. http://i.imgur.com/3Vmou2F.jpg?1 Does anyone have any spare antlers from the Wild Riders / Sisters ...

Re: Dreadball League 2016 Fixtures and Results

. I knew it was a quick game but sheeeet ... 2 rush's and you have to conceed because you can't roll any dice to stand up or move. I feel your pain Gir as that's exactly what happened to me against the Nameless. I honestly thought the Terratons would be the team to give Nameless a run for their mon...

So ... I made a thing.

. As some of you know I live in a Studio Apartment in the town center, which is just a glorified term for a bedsit. In actual fact it's more of a workshop with a bed in it. As such I've been pretty hampered by what I can, and can't do at home (unless I want to spend the following day dusting and ho...
