Cards Against Humanity - Vanguard Expansions

Postby Preston » Thu Mar 27, 2014 1:50 pm

After the success of Cards Against Humanity last week, the only slight downside was that the number of players limited us to 5 answer cards each to avoid burning through the answer deck too fast.

As you may be aware, there is UK edition of the game, but no UK Expansions as yet.

After talking about this with Shannyn, we wondered if people would like to put in something like 3 black "question card" suggestions, and 6-7 white "answer card" sugestions. We could then pick the best and expand the deck but with a more personal UK/Bristol/Vanguard feel? If the list proved popular we could order e pansions for the club or anyone who wanted an expansin set/Vanguard Edition of the game.

Based on ordering a 144 card deck, with 40 Questions and 104 Answers for now, this is $22 per deck, so around £17 in real money. A 234 deck (the largest they do) would be $32 or £26 approx. Any extra cards should prob be answer cards.

For the back, I suggest "Vanguard against Humanity" as a tag line, though we could go with cards against humanity and see if anyone sues....

There's a good company for getting playing cards made up here: http://www.makeplayingcards.com

I recently had a set of Event Cards made up for Necromunda. You basically choose/send them any text you want on the cards, design the picture on the front and back of the cards, the size, quality and number. I'll bring my Necromunda Event Cards along tomorrow for folk to have a look at.

My slightly warped thoughts are:

White:

A bathtub full of ball-bearings, swarfega , and a picture of Eric Pickles

Three elastic bands and an ice cube

Getting an Incestious Rimjob

Eye slippage

Taking a Selfie

Being buggered with a fish fork

Me, your mother, and Adolf Hitler

Stretch marks and a tattoo

A baby and a pool cue

Because it feels good

Three knobs of butter and a cherry

Black:

Ok folks, I have deciphered the arcane usage of tables, and updated the suggestions list, keep em coming. Azzabat seems to have the hang of it, but don't leave it all to him. One man can only produce so much surreal filth.
