Can I play in this one if I didn't play in the Winter one?!

I'VE ADDED IT TO MY DIARY AND EVERYTHING!

Ofc, I don't see why not. I think the only thing you miss out on is the points from the previous session counting towards the final scores at the end of the year.

But that doesn't mean much if all you want to do is play :)

Hah, yeh, I don't think points/winning are even on my agenda. I just want the practice of a tournament but I need to start fairly small and friendly/familiar, so BIG is perfect ^_^

Awesome :D will see you there.

Minor warning/piece of advice. This is 35pt timed turns so you'll have only 7minutes to do an entire turn and a single 3minute extension! This is actually tougher than 50pt 10minute timed turns.

If you get any practice between now and then take note of what you end up doing every game. It'll help you save a bit of time if part of each turn is familiar. More time to spend agonizing over what your opponent is doing!

VERY GOOD ADVICE!
We've been playing with the deathclock on my last couple of games and tbh I love the crazy S*** it makes happen! But I am no where near making 7 mins turns - sheeeeeiiit! We make it til about turn 3/4 with 45 mins each at 35pts. So that puts me somewhere between 15-11 mins a turn. Wowzers!
So far we've managed to not time out and I even scraped a win on Sunday!
But I haven't been making note of whether or not I repeat actions... Time to start dialling this in >:D
