Id advise finding a way to mark what's yours, it could get very confusing with all this borrowing XD

everything seems to be all ready as far as prep goes. We have prizes for 1st & the wooden spoon (buying that today) plus in true Vanguard faction where we like to throw something in to make you think a little differently I've got a third prize, the prize will be awarded to the player who kills the most ENEMY named characters throughout the day, please keep a tally on your score sheet.

I'd like this "Golden X-Wing" prize to be something that is used in all events we run, with the requirements changing each time, its a fun little extra challenge that makes you think just a little bit harder, do you kill that crippled ship in front of you or do you want the prestige of the "Golden X-Wing" & go for the further away, harder character kill?

Liam has very helpfully sorted out the first place trophy, its gonna be stunning & declares the winner "The First Duke of Dagobah" with following events increasing this, so each victor has his own title =)

I'm getting a little bit excited!

My Rebel fleet has been repainted: The red markings are now 'Russian Green' (if you know me you know why).
My Imperials have a few, subtle changes, possiably hard to spot on the table.

Probably should be marked as "The First Dungan of Dagobah!".

I'll be giving my lad an inventory of what I'm giving him so he knows what and how many tokens/cards/ships he should have after each game. Dont want him losing stuff.

Does that mean if you where to destroy a YT with Han, Luke and Chewie it would count as 3?
Do unique R2 units count too?

It's only the ship. So regardless of upgrades it counts as 1

Yeah just one ship, I will make it ANY unique character, so that includes for example, Vader riding in a lambda or R2D2 in a rookie pilot X-wing but it is only ever ONE kill per ship, not per character on board. Good question though =D have a cookie

Thinking about it, Named SHIP CARDS only for then"golden X-Wing" otherwise pretty much every ship would count & then it may as well be most kills. I will explain this at the start of the tournament as well.

Hi mate, weather's good and I'm gutted(the only time I'll ever say that!) so I'm mountain biking in Wales afterall.

Hope it goes well and that you run another one as I'll be there for that!

Out of interest, my list has only 3 models. Does anyone have lists with fewer models?

Thanks mate!

Well played everyone and congratulations to our duke.

Thanks to Sam for making it all happen. Nice work kiddo!

I found a range ruler and a two bank template at the end. Ruler is on the 'found shelf' and I have the bank template with me.
