Vacant spot in Josh's Tuesday night D&D session

Postby Merrick » Sun Nov 09, 2014 3:04 pm

Hey guys,

Gonna need to drop out of my place in Josh's campaign so they're now down one spellcaster.

Assuming they want someone in to fill my spot, it's every Tuesday night from roughly 6pm - 10pm.
I'll be the guy holding a cider and swearing at the dice.

I also have a fine collection of wooden spoons.

That's a shame. What will become of your mighty steed? As the coin runs down what will the stable master do.....

Any one welcome though, pretty much any class goes, except perhaps paladin or Druid. Got enough of their shinnanigans already.

I wouldn't mind jumping in, if the spot's still going.

I'm a pretty inexperienced player - I've only played a couple of short games before, though I think I know most of the concepts and terms (mostly through general nerd lore). Whatever I do, it's not going to be the most optomised build.

Also, is this running at the Duke?

Hello,

The spot is certainly still open, and yes we play at the duke.

No experience required, if your free next week drop by and we can get you started.

The current campaign involves a cult trying to resserect a super dragon to take over the world.

I'm happy for whoever steps in to use my Level 5 Warlock and just mess around with the backstory if they want. :)

Due to the tragic demise of Corran the Halfling Rogue to a tentacled hippo! Sam is currently stepping into the Warlock spot. Therefore any new player can be basically anything they want... other than another OP druid or a Paladin, as we now have 2 of those.

Theold (my character) has decided that clecricing isn't for him and, after consulting the HR department, has joined Cai in the Paladin office.

Fear Not! Theold will still be telling his usual exciting tales of his time in the forces... and now of his time as a priest, while hopefully driving Josh mad as Cai and I 'Protect' everyone.
