CJ, can we postpone? Something's come up at work and I'm needed to cover a shift. Sorry, man. :(
I'll be the guy holding a cider and swearing at the dice.

I also have a fine collection of wooden spoons.

I need the extra cash to cushion the period until I get paid at my next job. I have the rest of the week off from Wednesday, so I can play whenever, CJ. Sorry. D:

Ok ... I know I jokingly said you could concede with a Landslide ...

C J vs Merrick.

Win for C J
Score 7 - 0
Kills 0 - 0
Cheers 7 - 0
4 Pointers 1 - 0

Merrick's dice betrayed him when he failed to pick up the ball when my 4 Pointer was open. 4 dice with a Striker and be failed to get higher than a 2.

20:30hrs tomorrow (Friday) would be good for me. Work is crazy at the moment and I'm pulling 9 hours on site and another 2 or 3 when I get home.

I'll book us a table.

Nail-biting! CJ won the promotion battle by 2 points in sudden death! I don't have the cheers etc, but four monkeys are getting recycled today...

Yes, it was the best game I've played so far in the league. I'd optimistically placed my Jeerleader on the 3 point of the score track but Pete's manic lil monkeys kept me busy trying to clear them off the pitch (or clean them off my uniform). I spent the majority of the game actually loosing to the little guys and it was only in Sudden Death when Pete only had 3 of the mischief makers left on the pitch and I had the ball that I actually went ahead.

An excellent game.

C J vs Pete

Score: 2 - 0
Kills: 4 - 0
Cheers 10 - 4
4 pts 0 - 0

Luckily, I made enough in underdog bonus to recycle and replace the poor buggers, in time for the ultimate match!

Also the poor old Refbot had her hands full trying to keep track of which Monkey, had committed which foul. In the end she just gave up trying to send them off until right at the end, when with 4 Simians slaughtered and only 4 on the pitch, she sent another off to the locker room.
