yeah, Blackminster is about 40 minutes closer to Bristol than Bournemouth so that will probably be where I end up going but depends on where my lift wants to go XD

60 minute rounds remove nearly all flying skill from the game. Just becomes an alpha strike dice off.
Take 3 shuttles and soontir - The 'Alabaster hippo ballet' wins this, guarenteed.

Dude. That's a F*** horrendous list. There's room there for FCS on all of the Shuttles with a point left over, or HLC on one of them, even after Fel has been given PTL...

A 144 person tournament at that!

Those playing included Paul Heaver, theorist, debadwolf etc.
All the best in the world basically.

This list is stuff of legend!

Just Facebooked the Poole tournament guys, Good news!

Holmes Sccr: Rumour has it that you'll be running 60 minute rounds. This is widely acknowledged as a waste of time making the game more like a coin toss than a fun, tactical engagement. Say it aint so! 75 Minutes ftw!

Entoyment Wargaming and Hobby Store:
We are expecting the rounds to be 75 minutes Holmes, but will finalize this with FFG.

Man, I forgot about Vader. That's a mean as F*** list, man... Once stuff get's behind it, it should be toast, but then... That's exactly what Mr Fel is for. S***. xD If I didn't need to buy two more Shuttles (screw that) I'd run this list.

I'd lend you a shuttle. You'd just have to find 1 more.

I was so close to stealing it for Al's Tournament earlier this year. Its the reason I bought my second shuttle!

Apparantly the trick is to have 1 turning round while the other 2 killbox stuff and be really, really, really careful with Soontir so he can endgame.

SO today I booked all of the events listed there with red next to them. once we know Cardiff & Swanseas dates I'm gonna look to start getting threads together for each championship. I'm genuinely up for attending all of the ones I've booked time off for so if anyone wants to join me (& has a car hint hint) let me know! will be good to get loads of us to as many as possible!!

It says Excelsior is on Sat 31st March. But the 31st is a Tuesday. The last Saturday in March is the 28th.

Okay I think I'm in for:

Reading 31st Jan
Evesham 22nd Feb
BIG 1st March
Excelsior 21st March

Think I'm going to struggle to do more than that.

Yes Vargas! If you're buying a car and driving to Evesham I'd love to grab a lift. I have taken the liberty of trying to reserve places on the FB page.

Also thinking
Swansea: My brother lives there and megabus is £4
Poole: If I can organise a 'family' day trip!
BIG: obvs.
Excelsior: obvs
Exeter: lift dependant
Firestorm Games (Cardiff): Megabus!
Bracknell: lift dependant
Reading: Lift dependant

Let's do it regardless. Worst case scenario I can hire a car and split the cost which won't be much between 4-5 of us.

Hellsyeah!

Megabus leaves for Wales at 08:30 so will deliver us to Cardiff in plenty of time and to Swansea at 10:40. Swansea starts at 11 and we're good!
