Just thought i would spread the word about this thread.

A chance to play some wargames at Shrivenham (the Defence Academy) which is just the other side of Swindon, so not far. Now, Seb (Wiggles) has pulled a blinder organising this but it needs more interest. For those interested in WW2 / Cold War / Modern gaming or modelling this could prove an invaluable chance.

I believe the games are being played in the 'Hall of tanks'. Now, this hall is filled with various bits of WW2, cold war and modern kit and is used as teaching aids at the Academy. A cross between the Tank Museum and @ Bristol. Kit they have had there in the past ( and probably still have) includes T34/85, T62, Stridsvagn 103 (Swedish S-Tank), Cobra gunship, MLRS, Leopard 1, Challenger and various bits of artillery etc.
