NATO: Italians

I've seen it all now.....

Excellent work; the PDF is in English thankfully :)

Unofficial, but hugely entertaining (especially if you have Leopard 1's and M60 Patton tanks lying around)

That's a really well-made briefing. I don't know how effective the Italians would be on the table, but I rather like the look of them - the 105mm recoilless rifles in particular look fun!

It'll be interesting to see how some of the other fan projects out there shape up. I know there is work being done toward Canadians (see e.g. https://armiesarmy.com/4-cmbg-canadians ... is-rankin/ for discussion of troops and doctrine) and I suspect others.

I'd particularly like to see some of the "Elite Warpac" projects come to fruition, because I do feel that whereas NATO gets a huge range of options, Warpac are really rather locked into only one model of playing at the moment.

.....but what is there not to like about the T72 'Tsunami' :D

ArmiesArmy were progressing with Soviet Paratroppers and Airborne Armour at one point (must check and see how that is coming along......)

WW3 'Tanksgiving' this year anyone?

I'd be happy to go for Cold War Tanksgiving, if there are enough takers.

Return to “WW3 / Modern Wargaming”
